We will take over the entire Executive Search process for you.

After taking your brief, our experienced consultants will uncover and engage with top potential talent. The candidates will be interviewed and shortlisted by us while we keep in constant contact with your in-house talent acquisition team to provide market feedback and weekly status updates. We assist in scheduling, reference checking and will provide end to end candidate management through to offer of a successful candidate.

For an additional fee, we will put the top 3 candidates through personality and ability/aptitude psychometric assessment tests. Assessments can be introduced at any stage of the hiring process. However, we recommend that the testing process be introduced after the first face-to-face interviews. This allows additional information from these tests to be utilized alongside second stage face-to-face client interviews.
